All-inclusive stand package
Each presentation spot consists of a raised white podium, a high-quality wall display with your visual (1984×1984 mm), integrated LED lighting, a lockable storage cabinet and a high stool. All you need to bring are your products or samples. You can present these on the stage or — in consultation — have them attached to the wall (up to a maximum of 10 kg). Optionally, you can book a 32″ screen or brochure holder for extra visibility.
The setup is straightforward: one stand type, three forms of participation. Regular participation gives you a visible spot on the main deck, among other leading brands. For young, innovative companies, there is a reduced rate in the start-up zone at the rear of the ship — with exactly the same presentation quality and visibility.
As an exhibitor, you will receive digital VIP invitations with your own logo, which you can use to personally invite your business relations. High-end catering for you and your guests is included. Everything is taken care of. From stand construction to reception. From branding to catering. No time wasted, no worries — just the right audience, in the right place.
