RiverEvent operates with a single, clear and powerful stand concept. Every exhibitor presents themselves in a uniform, stylish manner, creating a sense of calm, quality and a strong collective image. The stand is fully furnished and ready for use — allowing you to focus on content, networking and welcoming visitors.

All-inclusive stand package

Each presentation space consists of a raised white stage, a high-quality wall display featuring your visual (1984×1984 mm), integrated LED lighting, a storage cabinet and a high bar stool. All you need to do is bring your products or samples. You can present these on the stage or — subject to agreement — have them mounted on the wall (up to a maximum of 10 kg). Optionally, you can book additional stand options such as a 32-inch screen or brochure holder for extra visibility.

As an exhibitor, you’ll be offered a variety of ways to personally invite your business contacts. High-end catering for you and your guests is included free of charge. Everything is taken care of – from stand construction to the reception, and from branding to catering. No time wasted, no worries — just the right audience, in the right place.
